Hi there,
I'm a newbie and want to know how to fix my Bluetooth keyboard problem:
As long as I click the CapsLock key, the Bluetooth keyboard will become unresponsive.
Sometimes after I clicked continuously, it would show the same characters on the screen many times, and then I lost control again.
- Under the same hardware, my Windows 10 system does not have this problem.
- If I press the CapsLock key with a wired keyboard, the same problem will be triggered, but the USB keyboard can be used normally.
So I think it may be related to the Bluetooth module.
Although I tried to search for information about the problem in search engines for a few days, I did not find a solution.
I would like to ask how to troubleshoot such problems? I try to use “journalctl” to output logs.
But it seems that "it cannot find" related information. I also hope to get advice on how to view the relevant logs and give me overall enlightenment on this issue.
