arch linux in chromebook linux container - printer configuration

I have a problem to configure a printer for arch linux in the linux container of a chromebook. The printer is wifi connected to the lan, for chromeos it works with ipp://... :631 but that does not work for linux. I also tried socket: 9100 but that does not work as well.

Just guessing in the dark, i have the idea it might depend on how the printer queue is (or better: is NOT) defined. How should i set the queue from commandline?
