[SOLVED] How to troubleshoot 'your browser doesn't support mp4 videos'

I have installed google chrome and tor-browser on my machine. Сhrome is capable of running any video and test on html5test.com in video codecs section show mark MP4 with H.264 and H.265 support. However in tor-browser I have both those criteria unchecked and on every site I can't run video. Tested on others distibutions of linux, so it's not tor-browser's fault, and because chrome can show those videos that tor-browser can't, I suspect this can not be a codec issue either?
