Audio works 50/50 on reboot

When rebooting my laptop and booting into sway my audio only works 50% of the time. The same is true for KDE, on KDE this can be worked around by opening sway in wlroots in KDE and closing it. Using pulseaudio on an HP-Envy x360 2020 AMD.
