Brightness in KDE not working since Backup

Hello everyone,

Since backup, the brightness in KDE Plasma cannot be changed anymore on my laptop.

What i have tried, was:
- Keyboard brightness shortcut with fn
- using KDE's GUI to scroll down / up for brightness's change but only the controlbar changed and the brightness was still at 100%

What i haven't tried yet:
- reading this https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=830292 and play with xorg.conf

Could be a possible fix but don't know the parameters for it:
chmod it somehow like i did with this one below
# to fix meta+L lockscreen not working anymore
sudo chmod 4755 /sbin/unix_chkpwd

Hopefully someone can help me to fix that small brightness problem i'm having?
