[Solved] Gnome desktop in a zoomed mode after update

Just updated my system and now when I log into Gnome the desktop is in some form of zoomed in mode where the desktop is mostly off screen, but I can scroll around with the mouse. Setting are all normal and I cant workout what I need to do to change this back to normal?

Any help greatly apprenticed

classic PEBKC issue

I had enabled zooming somehow and just needed to disable it.
