enable nested virtualisation in virt-manager [SOLVED]

AMD cpu (1600x) and I want to do nested VT so I can use hyper-v inside on vm. Already enabled necessary components in BIOS. Virtualbox allows me to in a test debian vm. How can I get this working on virt-manager? Currently doing pci passthrough for it too btw.

/etc/modprobe.d/vfio.conf
options vfio-pci ids=10de:1b81,10de:10f0

/etc/modprobe.d/kvm_amd.conf
options kvm_amd nested=1

Ask me for any other relevant details you may need on my sys.

EDIT:
Read:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=256933
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/KVM

2nd link I cannot do host-passthrough as it generates a boot loop in the vm and does first link mean I need to use WS because that's stupid as fuck.

EDIT1:

I FUCKING DID IT!! Jesus Christ that was cancer. With the files in my modprobe.d as said earlier, I just ran  these two commands on this website and it lets me use!
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/virtua … le-hyper-v

In powershell (admin):
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V -All
DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /All /FeatureName:Microsoft-Hyper-V

I have edu edition btw.
