F12 not working but other combination with F12 worked

Hi all, I'm new to arch and I have just installed it. After few days using, I noticed that F12 button not worked (tested in https://www.keyboardtester.com/) but its combinations like alt-f12, ctrl-f12 shown outputs.

"not worked" is no usable problem description.
Fails in which context to do what?
On X11, try "xev -event keyboard", on the console "showkey" and post the output.
Also elaborate on what you expect it to do and why.
