GNOME Evolution mail client slow on loading mail

Hi all!
I know that it is a very difficult issue to manage, but recently (could be related to new 3.38 release?) I've noticed that Evolution Mail is incredibly slow retrieving mail from my IMAP accounts: two outlook365 accounts and one from gmail.

I've tried to reduce the number of mail parsed disabling the 2 outlook accounts and cleaning my gmail account, but it is still slow.

If I try to run evolution from terminal in order to display some messages, I get no logs.

I'm running Arch Linux + MATE Desktop.

Any help will be appreciate
