[SOLVED]editing wheel group

how to edit the wheel group?
logged as administrator (#  ) I added a user with the wheel group but in some youtube users I saw it editing a wheel file and checking something like sudo group all...

usermod can be used to add a supplementary group to an user. There are also a couple other ways.

ok i added a user with -m custom directory and -G wheel group
do I need to do anything with wheel group file?

There is no such thing as a "wheel group file".
