[SOLVED] systemd-boot freezes on key press

Hello,

I'm using systemd-boot, however whenever I press any key to switch boot entry (or just press enter) the system completely freezes and the only thing I can do is force shutdown.

Systemd version is 248-4, that's my loader.conf:

default arch
timeout 3
console-mode auto
editor no

Any advice?

First line should be:

default arch.conf

Re: [SOLVED] systemd-boot freezes on key press

Hi GeorgeJP,

as you said I did modify the "loader.conf"  and double check the wiki as well, update with "bootctl update" command, however the problem persists. I do recall I didn't have any issue a month ago, of course I don't know exactly when the problem occurred since I have update the distro. I did try to rollback to the previous version of systemd but without any good too.
