My laptop started freezing/not turning back on whenever I would suspend a couple months ago, so I just set the xfce power manager to turn off screen on lid close. I tried it again today to see if it's still an issue and this time I checked the journal, and it looks like it's a driver crash (logs). Should I just install the `nvidia` package or is there anything I could do to fix the crash in nouveau?

For the record I guess, this was fixed by switching to `nvidia`.
