Encrypted Samsung 970 PRO NVME sometimes is not detected during boot.

I have this weird behavior which happens rarely , but it happens.
My workstation is assembled and I use a gigabyte Motherboard.

Arch is on the Samsung (no other OS present), and before I went FDE (cryptsetup, nothing at the hw level), I didn't have any problems however after I fully encrypted (both boot and root) , it happens rarely but sometimes I end up directly in gigabyte's management interface, so no boot / Arch is available at all.
When I check for the Samsung nvme is no where to be found, and the situation doesn't change even if I reboot multiple times.

The workaround that I found for the moment is turning off, opening the cover, unplugging and plugging back the nvme, then it detects it correctly.
It happens rarely but I'd like to 0 the counter ...
