[Solved] Stuck on Starting version

I was doing iommu pass through and I just finished https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PC … mkinitcpio then I reboot and I am stuck on this

I also can't just go to f2 so all my info is what I remembered

I removed quiet from the GRUB start up and it just says

:: running early hook {udev}
Starting version 248-4-arch

Nothing else

I still have no idea what to do but I do know the only thing I changed that broke this in was the /etc/modprobe.d/vfio.conf but 1. I don't know how to get into a terminal to fix it 2. I want gpu pass through so idk what to do.

I forgot I also edit /etc/mkinitcpio.conf too

So I fixed it but I can't do gpu pass-through (with chroot)
