Thinkpad thunderbolt 3 dock didn't connect to display

I am using Lenovo thinkpad E14, thunderbolt 3 dock and NEC MultiSync EA245WMI.
My windows manager sway/i3wm(I tried both)

There is only charging and indicator become white.
There is no information about it in dmesg, acpi.

I have tried to inslalled dockd, linux-lts, acpi_calls-lts, linux-zen.
I have tried to add exec dockd --daemon is wm confing.

I have checked  that  everything works on Windows.

How can I understand how to solve this problem?
