bluetooth audio with ALSA

my bluetooth headphones only work with pulseaudio. how can i get them to work with alsa too? ty.

You need bluez-alsa if you want to use pure alsa without pulseaudio.

If you want to run alsa (libasound) programs with pulseaudio, use pulseaudio-alsa instead.

ok thanks i usually like to avoid pulseaudio because i think it has inferior audio fidelity but i guess its workin out ok for me on this laptop now that i consider it, thanks for the help
