Issues in Tomcat integration with Netbeans

Hi, I'm trying to integrate Tomcat with Netbeans by following wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … _Container). And, I found 3 problems.

1st, They said :

Clean up the Tomcat users and permission file, so Netbeans can insert what it needs. Edit the tomcat user file without any user and role information in it:

---> So I edited tomcat-users.xml as they wrote in wiki, but how about permission file ? They haven't said what is that file and how to edit it ?

2nd, They said :

Have Tomcat write its logs somewhere else than /var/log/tomcat7

---> But, how can I achieve that ?

3rd : I've encountered that problem when adding tomcat server to Netbeans.

The specified Catalina Base folder is not valid. It must be either an empty folder orit must contain a conf/server.xml configuration file.

See pic : https://i.ibb.co/QmvnsD1/ff.png So, what's the matter ?
