Arch not booting (Unexpected inconsistency run fsck manually)

I dont think my second ssd (on which arch is installed ) has any problem  because I can access its files from debian on /dev/sda https://imgur.com/04FzYTn

Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

Any help would be really appreciated
