Unfortunately, GTK integration conflicts with qgtk2 platformtheme

Hello everyone
I'am using arch Linux with KDE desktop over x11 or Wayland session
I have some problem with running telegram-desktop app. When I run it by "telegram-desktop" command it will be started, but the font is not good. My default language is Psersin So I need  use Persian fonts, but you can see results in the picture.

I google this problem but didn't find any useful solution.
