DVD without DVD

Hello!

one easy, i think, question.

I don't hace a DVD reader, so i can't put a DVD and view it. Supose that i have all the files of a DVD in my HD. Could i see it?

In case that the previous answer is "yes", what would i need for view it?  libdvdcss?

yes

vlc or any mediaplayer, capable of dvd playback
