[SOLVED] arch start tty2 and tty1 shows "Starting version 248-5-arch"

Recently I switched from xfce to KDE. After that my system boots into tty2 instead of tty1(SDDM starts on tty2).
When i switch to tty1 its stuck on "Starting version 248-5-arch "
and rest all tty works find except tty1 which is stuck

"who" gives:

who                                                                                                                                                                                     ─╯
chandan  tty2         2021-04-25 09:26 (:0)
chandan  pts/0        2021-04-25 09:26 (:0)
chandan  pts/1        2021-04-25 09:38 (:0)

Is there any specific log that i should attach as I have no idea to what this issue is related

Check if you have followed exactly the installation instructions of the archlinux wiki for plasma, it should work without this problem.
Uninstall all configuration, package, systemd service files related to XFCE.

Try with another user account, the problem may be located on your home directory, .bashrc file if some configuration files are inappropriate.
