I have an issue with Pulseaudio. Basically to be able to share my internal system audio to people, I created a monitor fake microphone that has both my real microphone and the internal audio.
Here's the script that I used:

It has always worked well.
The issue came today when I unplugged my earbuds from the computer jack. In fact, in order to avoid echoes and volume issues, before unplugging earbuds I always execute this script:

pactl unload-module module-null-sink && pactl unload-module module-loopback
but this time I forgot it.... and when I unplugged earbuds I heard a bad noise and then I immediately muted the speaker and disabled fakemicrophone with this above script.
After this issue I couldn't be able to use the fake microphone method anymore to share internal audio. I rebooted several times without any success. I tried reinstalling pulseaudio and pavucontrol, but nothing. When I select the fakemicrophone in "Recording" tab in pavucontrol, it isn't alive. It doesn't get neither my real microphone and internal audio. Nothing.
Another strange thing is that after I reboot, the speaker are muted after I login. I don't know why, since when I reboot it has always been non muted, until today.

I have an issue with Pulseaudio. Basically to be able to share my internal system audio to people, I created a monitor fake microphone that has both my real microphone and the internal audio.
What does "share" mean? If it means recording the audio, mic + other stuff, can't you do that just by selecting the "Monitor of Built-in..." for recording?
FWIW, in /etc/pulse/default.pa, I have
set-default-source alsa_output.pci-0000_00_0e.0.analog-stereo.monitor
so I just start the recorder when I need to record something, and don't need to mess with pavucontrol.
Edit: you might try renaming or deleting ~/.config/pulse

Yeah, but I can't record both internal audio and microphone. I only can record internal audio. The fake microphone method allowed me to record both microphone and internal audio, so people in Skype for example can hear both.

I was just fiddling with it and I'm afraid you're right and I was wrong - with internet radio playing, I can record the mic, by itself, from "Built-in Audio...", or record the radio, without mic input, from "Monitor of...".
I really really hate linux audio. Something like this should be dick-simple, like a GUI that says "Record this AND that, mixed together".
