Device or resource busy when connecting to already paired headphones

I've got a pair of wireless headphones I want to use. After I pair them with my laptop, whey connect and work just fine. However, when I try to reconnect them later, I fail. Logs are saying that the device is busy:

But it is definitely not busy: if I remove device and pair to them again, it works just fine. What can cause such an issue?
