[Solved] Musescore: Can't get MIDI to work (with one exception)

I'm using PulseAudio.
I want to use MuseScore.
MIDI input from my MIDI device didn't work, when I set MuseScore to use PulseAudio.
However, when I select PortAudio in Preferences -> I/O, MIDI actually works. But then audio out does not work at all (no audio).
I have tried all the available "Device"

I did eventually make it work, with very specific settings:
First, I ran JACK but with PulseAudio bridge so that I can still use it (was one of my requirements).
