[SOLVED] libvirtd causes spurious reboots

(I'm not sure if this is the best place for this topic)

Hi all!
I've recently started to play with the idea of using my physical Windows installation in a virtual machine, but I've been running into a perhaps rather more concerning issue:

Whenever I start the libvirtd service, shortly after my system automatically reboots. No VMs are actually started, and the problem presents itself independently of me having virtualization extensions enabled.

Possibly relevant information:
- I added /dev as a storage pool (this was meant to allow me to use /dev/sda as a storage drive, in its entirety)
- I'm running a Threadripper 3970x CPU with 256 GB of RAM
- I'm running Linux 5.11.16-arch1 and libvirtd 7.1.0.

Any suggestions about what might be going wrong here?
Thanks!

For whoever ends up with the same problem and finds this post: adding /dev as a storage pool is a Bad Idea (tm).
