Failed to mount /boot when second disk connected

Hi all,

This is my first Arch installation.
I can do it without any troubles but I've a strange situation now.

As usual, to avoid errors, I did installation with only one SSD disk connected.
All was fine an I can boot with new system. Great!

But then, every time i plug in my second drive the system refuses to boot.

Error message:
Starting version 248-5-arch
/dev/sdb2: clean, xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx files, xxxxxx/xxxxxx bolcks
[FAILED] Failed to mount /boot
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for /boot/efi
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Local File Systems
You are in emergency mode.............

I can connect it when system is working and the HDD and data is detected and works fine, but not at start.
I tried to backup the entire HDD  and format it again (NTFS), under Windows, but not solved.

UEFI
SSD 256Gb with arch partitions. Home, swap......
HDD 3Tb GPT with NTFS partition and my DATA

I was trying to find any similar issue but no way..

Can you help me, srs?
Thank You!
Austin

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan
