Hello, I needed a video editor application so I tried a lot of apps before trying Kdenlive. First of all I run Gnome 40, and when I installed Kdenlive from pacman it appeared ugly like something was missed: themes, icons, etc... And sometimes it crashed when clicked on "Editing", "Audio" or "Effect" tab. But it was able to use my GPU Nvidia 1050ti for the rendering.
Then I installed also on Flatpak and it worked perfectly, no more items missed and no more crashes but with Flatpak I'm not able to use the GPU, it seems it can't see the hardware, even if using Flatseal I set all permission to Kdenlive. It's not a big problem because I found out that my CPU (Ryzen 7 2700) is much better than my Nvidia card. Using the same rendering settings with Nvidia I had ~40fps while now using the CPU I had ~200fps.
But my question is how can I set Kdenlive on Flatpak to see my GPU ? Furthermore I installed also Steam in Flatpak and there it's seems it is able to use OpenGL for rendering, maybe Flatpak isn't able to use the cuda core to do working stuff ?
