[Solved]Wine + Glide works in Ubuntu, but not in Arch

To be specific, wine-staging and glide mode on Diablo II.

I also use this with Glide3-to-OpenGL wrapper.

Don't know if it is the same issue, but Age of Empires image in Steam Proton stopped appear (so I can't play).

First of all:
read it.

Do you get error messages, what are the logs? How did you install wine and Steam? Has it ever worked? Provide information, we can't help you if you don't help yourself.

Always backup important files when editing it.

As for Wine, Glide mode never works at all. Have to use Direct3D or DirectX mode.

As Steam (with Proton), it used to work for a short while after installation, then it stopped working.

Try using the Ubuntu prefix (e.g. ~/.wine) on the Arch install.

Thanks for suggesting, but it doesn't work.

NVM, it works now by

- Deleting wine prefix
- Upgrade wine to wine-staging
- Recreate the prefix

But I can't really fix Steam + Proton.
