NordVPN claims acc is expired while it's not.

I got the package from here https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NordVPN
I spend some time with the nordvpn helpdesk and they couldnt help me, they send me here.

problem:
nordvpn connect country == your account is expired
nordvpn account == your account is not expired

How do I proceed?
