Cursor jumping on in-app separators, wlroots/swaywm

When fullscreening XWayland apps in swaywm, the separators between app chrome and content cause the cursor to jump forward and backwards.

Moving the mouse over the separator from Krita's canvas and the layers docker, the cursor jumps in that direction around 20 pixels. The same thing happens in Blender's 3d viewport and Properties area. The jump happens the other way around too. When 20 pixels out, the cursor jumps over to the other side of the separator. Also happens while using a graphics tablet.

Aside from being annoying this also makes it impossible to use some features from Blender and Krita while fullscreen.

Things I've tried include testing it on Gnome 40's wayland session, it doesn't happen there. Resizing the docker/area doesn't matter, the skip is still over the separator. Noticing this keeps happening in XWayland apps I tested Nautilus (wayland native) in fullscreen and it doesn't happen there. Arch's vscode package (XWayland) has the skip issue as well.

I've tried making a video recording using wf-recorder but the issue disappears when recording.

I could just use my applications without fullscreening of course. If there's some trick to fixing this or putting it on the road to getting fixed (bug report?) Please let me know.
