Trackpad locks up after closing lid of ASUS x205TA after new install

Hi all,

I recently reinstalled Arch on my ASUS x205TA, despite all the hurdles you have to go through. However, on my original install, which I believe was somewhere between Linux 5.9 and 5.10, the trackpad worked perfectly fine. Now, the trackpad "locks up", refusing to move after the lid has been closed and opened back up. Keyboard input works fine, but its as if the trackpad disconnected or something. The only way to fix it ATM is to reboot.

Granted, with the original install I was running a DE at that time (XFCE), and now am using Sway, since Wayland is far better on battery life, but that shouldn't be relevant, since even if I exit to TTY before closing the lid, it still occurs.

Are there any dmsg things I could grep for to figure out what in gods name is happening?
