KDE Plasma menu font rendering issues -- flickering/tearing

After one of the updates about a week ago, this is what happening all the time:

It's not only my profile having this issue, but other users' as well, so it's something system-wide.
This kind of font issues only affect the task bar, the main menu, and the Settings. Other applications are running fine.

I keep my system up to date, running pacman -Syu every day for the last week. But, for the sake of completeness of information, here's a list of versions from KDE Settings :

So far, I went through wiki guides related to setting up my AMD video card and confirmed all the settings particular to it are still in place, same for KDE. I also tried to change themes/colour/font settings to no effect.

Please, help and advise what can I possibly try and do to fix this.
