KDE GTK Config not working

I have installed this https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x8 … tk-config/
But i can't find config in app style settings to change gtk theme. It was here previously.
I've asked at KDE and they said it's likely Arch bug, because they were unable to reproduce this issue.

I have kde-unstable repo enabled.
