kicad-git no crosshair in accelerated graphics mode

Hi

I just installed kicad-git and encountered no crosshair showing up in eeschema nor pcbnew IF accelerated graphics mode has been enabled.
Is there someone who can confirm this? BTW I have a Nvidia GTX1070 with propietary driver package running, I dont know if this contributes to the
issue.

The crosshair is visible if I switch back to the kicad pacman default version.
