mirror speeds are still slow even after using reflector.

My internet speed is 40Mbps. But I get around 9Mbps speeds on pacman upgrades.

I used this command:

reflector --sort rate -l 100 --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

I get many warnings

failed to rate http(s) / rsync downloads...

I have rsync, I tried many reflector options, tried everything, but still having lower speeds .anyone help this out plz:(

Reflector cannot guarantee that all sites are reachable nor that they perform consistently at the bandwidth limit of your internet connection.

1. Post your mirrorlist.
2. Are the servers geographically close to your location?
3. Run a basic speed test. Do you see anything close to 40 Mbps?
4. What message are you trying to send with "I have rsync"?
