pacman -Syu Problem (libgpod)

Hello,

I'm trying to pacman -Syu, but I keep on getting this:

[root@apollo ~]# pacman -Syu

Anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

mirrors are probably syncing. Give it time or build it through abs.

Remove the corrupted package:
# rm /var/cache/pacman/pkg/libgpod-0.4.0-1.pkg.tar.gz
Then try again:
# pacman -Syu

looks like you tried to install libgpod yourself.  pacman doesn't know that - it just knows files are there.

if you're SURE you want to overwrite those files, you can use the -f flag
