Did you mean gnome-getting-started-docs, as in, the GNOME documentation for new users?
Curiously, I found that package in the Manjaro archives, linking to the source at https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/gnome- … arted-docs, an archived repository. I checked the files in that repo against the archives and found none of them, thus I assume the package is obsolete and that's why it's no longer in the Arch repos. From my point of view you can remove it (it's only documentation, anyway).
