I've been trying to use Bluetooth on an Android-x86 virtual machine running in QEMU.
So far, I managed to detect the bluetooth adapter and use it to pair with other devices on Android, but Bluetooth Low Energy doesn't seem to work properly, no matter what I do.
Running "hciconfig hci0 lestates" on the host and the guest machines displays the same output:

So now I'm wondering if my bluetooth adapter even supports BLE completely, all the examples i found had all lines with YES.
Running "lsusb | grep Bluetooth" shows:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 8087:07da Intel Corp. Centrino Bluetooth Wireless Transceiver
Any help is appreciated.
