How to sync folders to dropbox recursively?

I have installed dropbox and dropbox-cli from AUR and the files are syncing just fine.

However I have input

 ln -s /home/uname/Documents/*/ /home/uname/Dropbox/Arch/Documents/

to create a symlink and the files are syncing one by one but it does not allow folders inside the /home/uname/Doduments/ to sync in the target folder. Cli error states

hard link not allowed for directory

and after configuring the

 ln -s /home/uname/Documents/folder/*/

the files are being uploaded independent of the folder.

How can I sync/upload the Documents folder to dropbox whilst maintaining the structure of those being uploaded?

Thanks!
