[SOLVED] No wireless card detected

I have been using ethernet since i installed arch. Recently, i tried to connect to my wi-fi, too, however, I can not find any wireless card that I could install drivers for. Since i assume that every modern computer has a wireless card & since i was using wi-fi connection for some time before that, I am pretty sure that the problem is not my computer having no such card, but something else.

lspci -k | grep -i wireless and lspci -k | grep network both return nothing.
Neither do the same grep searches for lsusb. Running ip link returns only my loopback and ethernet connection. (lo and enp8s0)

What command could I run that might show the card?

What device is this exactly (vendor, model)?
There's no trace of a wifi device - does the system have a physical switch for it?

1.Its an ASUS Prime B450M-K motherboard.
2.I (with my very limited knowledge when it comes to hardware) did not find any switch.

4.No there is no parallel windows install, but I had one a few months ago (i'm not sure if that matters)

Quite recently I reinstalled most of arch with this method:

This might have caused the problems, but I thought a physical device like a wireless card should still be detected, even after I removed all software connected with it.

I also downloaded the manual from https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Compo … sk_Manual/ and there's no Wifi mentione either…

Maybe you were using a wifi dongle? All available evidence so far suggests that the MoBo doesn't have a wifi chip.

I read that site too, but thought that it probably just wasn't mentioned - which was quite dumb, in hindsight. I still can't explain how i had wifi before tho. But i guess if everything says "no wireless card" there actually is no wireless card. Maybe my memory fooled me. I guess i'll just have to live with it and use a wifi-adapter if i want wifi.
