Random freezes of boot manager during OS selection with multiboot

Freezing of boot manager appears randomly. Sometimes there is no problem with selecting item from menu, but in other time there is a freeze of screen and  no reaction on screen when I try to select OS using keyboard. I have 3 systems: Arch, pop_os and Windows. Freezes happen at Grub and also at rEFInd boot manager.
How to fix this?

I have the same problem with windows 11 and Arch.
