[SOLVED] About AirPods low volume trouble-shooting on Archlinux wiki

I have 2 questions regarding bluetooth headset specifically AirPods

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Blueto … low_volume

As you can see in the page above. There is an (official?) trouble-shooting of AirPods producing too small sound. But I don't understand what it's doing.

--noplugin=avrcp

`
What is this option exactly?

It didn't solve my AirPods Pro low volume problem. Are there any clue which i can start with?

Thank you.

It disables AVRCP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_B … le_(AVRCP)

The primary intention/train of thought here is that disabling AVRCP should prevent synchronisation of volume information between the two systems so that the headphones instead rely on their internal HW volume

Also we use
code tags
instead of markdown.

Not owning any of the HW, what happens if you set your desired/higher volume on an actual Apple device first? There are also some issues with the current bluez release that might be contributing, in which case you might try to give bluez-git from the AUR a shot.

Hi, did you tried to disable the spatial sound for the AirPods Pro as described in the wiki?

Thank you two very much. I didn't know all the spatial audio thing til now ( I thought it was irrelevant to my problem...) It pretty much fixed it for the time being.

And about code block as well. I also understood about the plugin as well.
