[SOLVED] Network connection problem - unable to systemupdate

So I got a problem upgrading my system.
The Laptop is connected via Ethernet and WiFi. I got a Windows PC on the same switch and a different Arch in the same WiFi, no network problems with either.
It seems like the internet connection is cutting of for a few seconds and then return, but that kills the system update. On the browser I also have to reload pages sometimes.
The interesting thing is I let a ping run while I was doing the pacman upgrade. Sometimes it wouldn't start, but once it started it didn't throw any errors.
I updated the mirrorlist for pacman, that didn't change anything.
I really have no idea how to approach this issue, would be very thankful for some help or ideas for what other problems I could look.

You've dhcpcd, wpa_supplcant and networkmanager services enabled and they'll sumble over each other and knock each other out fighting over the NIC.
Disable the former two if you want to use NM
