libstdc++ 2.0

This library is used by some closed source applications and binary installers. It happened twice when I spend hours trying to understand why something doesn't work on Arch but works on SUSE, RH and Gentoo. Problem was lack of this library.

Can anyone make package with it or at least give a URL to good source of it?
