Random and various freezes after resuming from suspend or hybrid-sleep

Hello,
I never managed to get a proper sleep on my install. Here are my specs :

The problem is : after resuming from sleep, sometimes everything is ok, sometimes it completely freezes (all peripherals, screen sometimes is ok but clock is frozen, indicating that everything is still. Sometimes it is the contrary : screen is black but the rest of it works as I can reboot with my key combination)...

Before pasting my journalctl between sleep request and resume, here is what I already tried / know :

  1. I found out here that the  "[Firmware Bug]: ACPI MWAIT C-state 0x0 not supported by HW (0x0)" warning is due to Ryzen C-state option. Disabling it in the BIOS got rid of the warnings but made things even worse.

  2. This warning seems related to my hard drive but I don't think it is that bad ?
    pcfixe kernel: ata1.00: supports DRM functions and may not be fully accessible

  3. The following errors seem related to the xhci_hcd module. I do not really know what it is for, but mkinitcpio complained that it was missing so I installed it via AUR. Did not help. Maybe even made things worse...
    pcfixe kernel: usb 1-7: reset full-speed USB device number 3 using xhci_hcd
    pcfixe kernel: PM: dpm_run_callback(): usb_dev_resume+0x0/0x10 returns -5
    pcfixe kernel: usb 1-7: PM: failed to resume async: error -5

  4. The following errors are due to my awful generic sound card, I do not know if they can be responsible for the whole freeze, I doubt it.
    pcfixe pulseaudio[666]: Failed to find a working profile.
    pcfixe pulseaudio[666]: Failed to load module "module-alsa-card" (argument: "device_id="3" name="usb-fc02_USB_MIDI_Interface-00" card_name=> ...

  5. There's a whole block about nvidia-modeset explaining sometimes the black screen (but seems independent of the freeze)

I've read here about amd-ucode and it is installed.

So in the end there seems to be many problems, maybe related, maybe not... If you have the slightest idea about what can be going on, I'd be glad to hear it. Thanks !

PS : suspend seems to work better than hybrid-sleep right now (which seems to freeze all the time) even though before installing xhci_hcd it was the other way round.

Here is the full journal betweel sleep request, and reboot after freezing after resuming
