How do i stop brightness drops to 20 when i plug in laptop?

I have installed arch on my laptop and can control the brightness manually through /sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl0 .

When i boot up the laptop brightness is always set to 249 and after the first time i plug in or unplug my charger it is set to 20 but if i change it and then plug in again it has no effect.

Also xbacklight shows no outputs have backlight property.

The screen still dims when pluged in when booted from arch install iso and manjaro install iso

Is there a way i can prevent the screen from dimming?

Don't use xbacklight but acpilight or so. Sounds like a UEFI/BIOS interna if it happens on the terminal in the ISOd, but this should be overridable via a relevant daemon on the user space side, which xorg environment are you running.
