ctrl key randomly stop working

I'm using Arch for some months (2-3) and I've never had any of this kind of problem.
Since a week ago, both right and left control keys sometimes stop working for some minutes and then start working again.
This behavior looks random since I didn't find a way to reproduce it. Even on xev both keys are not recognized when they stop working.
I'm using xorg and dwm, i'm pretty sure the problem isn't related to dwm as i didn't update it when this problem has arisen, neither on the physical keyboard, as it works well on another OS.
How can i fix this?

Do you see them in "sudo libinput debug-events"?
