KY-BT100 Bluetooth Adapter not working.

Hello I have an USB Dongle that doesn't work under Arch . Device id is 1131:1001 .
I can't bring device up via hciconfig . I get an error : Can't init device hci0: Operation not supported (95) .
I gathered some logs .
