Nvidia proprietary driver is freezing the system (or DE)

Hello,
when i'm launching some apps or using wine/proton my system makes some freezes
For example it happens when launching steam, KDE's system settings/KDE's notification pop-up or when alt+tab'ing from games launched at wine.
Also, it started freezing like that recently, for example everything worked fine on manjaro (But now it even freezes on manjaro too)

When using xrender instead of OpenGL (2.0/3.1) the issue disappears, but when something happens on screen it can be updated not smothly
