How to disable rfkill-input in the kernel?

I am on a Thinkpad 460S.

There is a media key to cut the wifi via Rfkill.

NetworkManager is grabbing the key and everytime it is pressed, disable or reenable the rfkill switch.
Is there a way to stop NetworkManager from doing that?
the key is not usable with xbindkeys since it is grabbed by NetworkManager.

EDIT:

After further investigation, it was not NetworkManager, but the rfkill-input module in the Kernel : https://doc.kusakata.com/driver-api/rfkill.html

This answer gives instructions as to how go around the issue :
